I have never hung up the phone content after speaking with guess customer service, and I have been a loyal guess shopper since I discovered the brand years and years ago. I love the style of their clothes but I wish I could find another brand similar so I don't ever have to deal with the customer service. I am a huge shopper and rarely ever return anything, the one time I went to return a gift I bought my sister for her birthday from Guess online, it had to be sent to the warehouse(the store was closed due to covid) they sent it back and accused me of having used the two items, even though in front of my eyes my sister put it on to try the size(She always wears XS at Guess, so do I and I am bigger than her. The product was abnormally small for guess. She is a size 0 and the XS looked like it belonged on a barbie doll, as if someone shrunk the piece of clothing. That wasn't even normal for Guess clothing) anyway, my sister said it was too small, i folded it and put it back in the bag it shipped in, tags still on and it still being completely brand new, I didn't touch it until I shipped it out. Later I got an email saying I got refunded for only 1 out of 3 items, so I called and the lady on the phone told me it looks like they shipped back two of the items because they were worn. I lost it from being in shock of how that is even possible. I had to be on hold for so long and talk to so many people, the problem never got resolved through customer service. All they kept doing was blaming other people and basically saying there's nothing I can do about it. They completely changed my feelings about the brand. They proved so much to me that they don't care at all about customer satisfaction with them or the brand AT ALL. Also, they even charge to return packages during the Corona, while other companies that are cheaper than guess were bragging about free returns online since their stores were closed. I was so lucky that I called my local store to see if they had opened yet(even though the guy from customer service on the phone told me they were closed), the store answered and told me they were open and to come on in and they'll see how they could help me. I told them the issue and showed them the clothes when they arrived from being sent back from the warehouse, they were just as confused as I was and went out of their way to help me after I explained how much I had to go through in circles and being accused of what was clearly wrong. So anyway, that is just ONE example of horrible Guess customer service out of many that have happened. I really understand if some companies don't follow the"customers always right" thing, when I worked in retail I wanted that to be a thing. But when the customer is actually right and they are 100% blaming me for something I did not do, how do you even react to that? I can't even describe the feeling. It's one thing if it fit me so I'd keep it just so I don't have to deal with the horrible customer service on the phone, but it was expensive and couldn't fit anyone I know either and I just wanted my money back! I had ordered a size up for my sister already before sending the packages out. That money was only spent for her birthday. For anyone curious what it was, it was one of their newer workout tops. I attached a photo of the tops right when I received it back from them...
One more thing, don't ever expect a response if you email them through their website. I have never gotten a response from that, and expect to be on the phone for minimum 30 minutes from being on hold for so long and if you're lucky you won't get disconnected AFTER waiting that long on hold.:)
I give them two stars only because I love their clothes. One star for customer service. If you tried something on in the store and nothing is wrong with it and you love it, thats great! Just be careful if you order something online and for any reason you have to deal with customer service. Just avoid any reasons of having to get in touch with them and you'll be fine. I used to talk so highly of Guess until I had to deal with their customer service
Have been a loyal fan of Guess for many years but certainly not any more.
Bought a pair of boots. The third time worn, they literally fell apart (see photos). It is clear the adhesive used and the materials are poor quality (PU lifting off base material on upper, sole literally came apart on both shoes - literally fell off whilst walking out of a coffee shop! So embarassing) You can see from the second photo that these have not been extensively worn - the heel is hardly showing any wear at all which is the first giveaway for a pair of stillettos. Guess have ignored all communication but were extremely quick to remove the photos from their facebook page - amazing isn't it! Shop elsewhere and spend your money wisely - at $100 these were not by any stretch cheap boots and yet a $10 pair from a discount shop have lasted months and months of constant wear! Never experienced anything like this with them before but certainly not going to risk a repeat!

I returned a winter coat on the 21st of January - chased return beginning of Feb and apparently the warehouse had received my return on the 25th of Jan and were going to issue the refund within 14 days..... 9th of March - still no refund, still 160 pounds out of pocket. Rang them again today and apparently there has been an issue with the refunds at the warehouse and they are going to provide me with a manual refund.. which could take another couple of days...
Spoke to a customer service agent on this number: 00442034519241 - he was polite and helpful and guaranteed he would have the issue resolved for me asap.

Worst District team to work for, super dramatic, gossips and back stabbing. My DM was a total gossip queen, pretended to have your best interest but talked shut about her management team with other managers. The co managers and assistant managers I worked with never got a raise. No matter how hard they worked it was it never enough. The CEO of the company is a joke. Kiss ass company with no direction. I have never ever worked with a bunch of clowns like this before. Shame on them.
They haven't sent me a confirmation email for my order but they took my money. I want to cancel my order but noone replies to my emails. Awful company! Don't buy from them! They are a scam!
I’m writing this review because i was so afraid of my situacion with Guess after read all the bad coments that i need too tell my experiencie. I made a order at 9 Fev and i realise 2h later that i order the wrong bag, call to the costumer Service and explain the situacion (in english), my order was cancelled at the call and then I order the right bag. Is Fev 13 and i already have the money of the first bag at my account, and the bag that i order was delivered today!
So, at the end im so happy that i buy at Guess!!! Good things need to be shared too
I ordered on 28th Jan. item dispatched the following day but I was unable to track, item was supposed to come in 4-5 days and after a week of not being able to track it with the code I was sent I came across all these negative reviews. This made me worried but I wait still. On the 11th of feb I got an email from DHL to say my item would be delivered next day and it was. My bag was packaged well and is exactly what I ordered. Took exactly 2 weeks so not too bad. It seems that the tracking code only works when it reaches the UK. Also if the item is for a special occasion, order a month ahead. Defo not a scam company.
My parcel finally arrived today following a dispatch date of 13/1. Delighted with items and very nicely wrapped. Don’t blame the company, I think delay was all about the delivery through customs. I will deffo order again although will expect longer timescales for delivery.
Be Patient and I’m confident your order will arrive. I even got tracking information via email and text on the day of delivery via DHL.
Not sure what as happened with other orders but this is no scam. I ordered 13th January arrived today 28th after reading other reviews I contacted customer service who informed me that due to Brexit and bad weather conditions orders to the UK would be late. DHL contacted today with delivery time. Got my lovely half price handbag today. Thanks ???????? very much
Haven’t received item, no response to my queries and emails, ignoring me, paid for an order I haven’t received, now out of pocket, never shopping with them again until they resend or refund me!
Having just read previous reviews I wish I had never ordered. I placed an order with 3-5 day delivery and 13 days later they are using the excuse “stuck at customs due to brexit” and due to COVID there is further delays and they have no idea when I will get my parcel - they said maybe this week but maybe next week - what kind of service is that!!!!!!!Appalling and definitely won’t be ordering again. As for their customer service agents Piler and Dovi polite but were absolutely no help at all and didn’t even offer to investigate. They also don’t answer emails but they have allegedly got a backlog - I wonder why?
I have been a fan and supporter of guess products for almost 2 decades. Recently purchased a handbag for $250 usd in Rome and after a month the zip broke. A year later it looks like something I dragged out of the trash. Customer service don’t care at all. They’ve lost me as a customer in this.... so disappointing ????
Guess online sales are a huge disappointment. Placed an order with Guess and when the tracking showed it had been delivered and I had not received it I contacted them. I received an automated response with a case number and nothing else. 4 days later I contacted Guess by phone to be told my order had been returned to them and a refund would be issued. I asked if they could just resend the order when it arrived back only to be told it was already back and had gone in to stock and was no longer available in the size I required. They had a case open under my order number and yet received the order back and hadn't been in touch to let me know at any stage. Very poorly run business!
